The Calhoun County Sheriff's Office is a full-service law enforcement agency that is dedicated to serving the more than 14,000 citizens in Calhoun County, South Carolina.

Deputies have countywide jurisdiction and also provide secondary law enforcement services within the city limits of St. Matthews and Cameron. Other responsibilities include assisting Fire, EMS ans State Law Enforcement agencies within the county.
